Every product is an experience.
Accessories Strategy
Nike’s Accessories Division consists of 4 different businesses and 7 different classifications, each with its own unique complexity. As the tenured Product Director, I drove key leadership visioning—adopting and adapting to the evolving Post-CDA organizational landscape—while delivering brand new strategy and implementation that empowered teams to exceed key metrics. Championing a unified approach to fuel our highest value work, we succeed in creating a singular operating model, providing simplicity and clarity for our teams, despite numerous challenges. Our enterprise approach fueled cost savings and reinvestment of resources for the greater organization while providing opportunities for talent to grow and develop at an accelerated rate.
Speed in Apparel
How does a small team help transform an organization of 700 People? As the X-Functional Product Operation Director, I helped lead a core team and team of consultants to drive process innovation and behavioral change—leading E2E cross-functional efforts focused on responsiveness, ultimately modernizing how Nike works. Supporting 2x Speed, 2x Innovation, and 2x Direct, we delivered transformation at scale to be fast where it counts, eliminating pain points and non-value-add steps along the way. As the E2E digital pilot lead, I helped unlock new capabilities resulting in weeks of time savings and new methods to unlock creativity.
NSW Sport Pack
NSW Sport Pack was birthed from a failed idea to create a premium, maximalist offering through Nike Tech Pack months earlier. As the Senior Product Manager, I fought to preserve space and incubate new ideas. A completely new offering, Nike Sport Pack featured dynamic graphics, textiles, and silhouettes that referenced both heritage details and contemporary design—elements that our lifestyle offering was lacking at the time. In delivering NSW Sport Pack, we were able to distort the boundaries of sport to deliver a new language of creative self-expression, resulting in more relevant consumer cache and additive business.

Nike Tech Pack
Nike Sportswear’s Tech Pack collection has represented the pinnacle of Nike Apparel Innovation over the past decade. As the Senior Product Manager, I steered Tech Pack into a new, bold strategic direction. By intentionally decoupling our volume driving business in Tech Fleece, we were able to take the handcuffs off to deliver a more leading-edge product offering. We wanted to redefine Tech Pack as more of a head-to-toe collection, introducing new shapes and materials, allowing for a new and more expressive connection to sport. Using body-informed and environmental data, the collection uses knit and woven materials as well as base, mid and outer layers engineered to provide athletes with full range of motion.
